LeadFlux AI is licensed for personal and commercial lead generation use. You may use AI-generated content in your marketing. You may not resell access to the platform itself without a Reseller or Agency plan. You may not use the service for spam, illegal activities, or generating harmful content.
All plan purchases are one-time payments. AI credits are consumed on successful generation. Failed generations do not consume credits. Credits do not expire. Additional credit packs are non-refundable once used.
Content generated by LeadFlux AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before publishing. We do not guarantee specific results from using generated content.
LeadFlux AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
