We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card details). We also collect usage data including features used, credits consumed, and campaigns created.
We use your information to provide and improve LeadFlux AI, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, receipts, support responses), and send product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Your data is stored on secure servers using PostgreSQL with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext.
We use: Stripe for payment processing, GetResponse for email marketing, and Anthropic for AI processing. Each has their own privacy policy. AI prompts are processed via Anthropic's API subject to their privacy terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@skillota.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
