We stand behind LeadFlux AI completely. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your plan purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Starter, Pro, and Elite plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Submit your refund request to support@skillota.com with your order email address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
These plans are eligible for refund within 30 days if you have not used the custom branding features or onboarded client accounts.
